As the main raw material of copper smelting industry,various kinds of rare metal elements,such as bismuth,antimony and tellurium,are usually associated with copper concentrate.In the traditional pyrometallurgical-electrolytic process for copper concentrate treatment,most of the rare metal elements are enriched into the electrolytic anode slime.Anode slime is treated by a series of hydrometallurgical processes such as roasting,silver separation,gold separation and purification.In the process of low acid copper separation,copper,antimony,bismuth and other elements enter the liquid phase,and adjust the pH value of the solution to about 3,so that impurities can form arsenic,antimony and bismuth precipitates,resulting in a complex waste slag containing bismuth,antimony,tellurium,copper and arsenic,which has huge recovery value.In this article,the main characteristics and problems of the treatment methods of the complex materials containing bismuth,antimony and copper at home and abroad are studied,and the chemical process of comprehensive recovery from the complex materials containing copper,antimony,bismuth,tellurium and arsenic is sought from the point of view of comprehensive recovery and economic and environmental protection.The economical and practical chemical reagents will be selected.Separation and enrichment of valence metal elements,refining for market acceptable standard products,to achieve economic and environmental protection of industrial production objectives.The technological conditions of industrial production for recovering tellurium are as follows:the optimum free alkalinity is 40 g/L in the leaching process,the optimum reaction temperature is 80?,the reaction time is 2 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 4,the addition coefficient of sodium sulfide in the purification process is 1.3,and the leaching rate of tellurium is 90.18%.The technological conditions of industrial production for recovering bismuth are as follows:in the leaching process,the lining titanium reactor is selected,the reaction acidity is controlled at 110g/L,the Cl~-concentration is 130g/L,the liquid-solid ratio of solution is 4:1,the temperature is 80?,the speed reducer is stirred for 2h,and the leaching rate of bismuth can reach 90.15%.The technological conditions of industrial production for recovering antimony are as follows:the concentration of reactive sodium hydroxide is 25 g/L,the concentration of sodium sulfide is 170 g/L,the liquid-solid ratio of solution is 5:1,the temperature is 95?,the speed reducer is stirred for 2 hours,and the leaching rate of antimony can reach 91.25%.The process of recovering copper and arsenic is to convert copper and arsenic from waste liquid into raw materials suitable for existing production lines.The process conditions are as follows:using industrial sodium sulfide as sedimentation reagent to solidify and settle copper and arsenic in waste water,controlling the end point of ORP at 200-300 mv,and the sedimentation rate of copper and arsenic is above 98%.
