This paper use poly silicic acid and aluminum sulfate,aluminum hydroxide and acrylamide as raw material,using in situ dispersion polymerization method to prepare inorganic-organic composite flocculant polyacrylamide silica aluminum.To discuss the amount of acrylamide,molar ratio of silicon to aluminum,aluminum hydroxide addition,silicic acid activation and the pH value of the initiator amount on the composite flocculant flocculation effect influence,investigate the of kaolin simulated wastewater flocculation effect.The optimum technological conditions for preparing PAM-PASS were obtained.The results show that aluminum silicon ratio of 3:1,silicic acid activation pH value is 3.0,acrylamide accounted for 20.7%total mass fraction of the material,aluminum hydroxide for 7.5%of the total mass fraction of the material,with ammonium sulfate and ammonium hydrogen sulfate as the initiator,causing agent amount accounted for the total molar fraction of 0.35%,reaction temperature of 40 ?,and the reaction time:polymerization of silicic acid 1h,1h pass polymerization,PAM-PASS by 3h.PAM-PASS treatment of kaolin simulation wastewater,dosage 15mg/L,turbidity removal rate was 96.3%.The interaction of acidity and dosage of waste water on the rate of turbidity removal was discussed by using factor design method.Using response surface methodology to discuss the influence of wastewater acidity and dosage on the flocculation effect,the linear regression model was obtained for the removal of turbidity and acidity of wastewater and the amount of PAM-PASS in the flocculation test.To determine the dosage of polyacrylamide aluminum silicate composite flocculant(PAM-PASS)in different wastewater acidity to achieve better flocculation effect.PAM-PASS flocculant for treatment of wastewater with oil and printing ink wastewater,turbidity removal rate reached 96%;comparative polyacrylamide poly silicate aluminum(PAM-PASS)and commercial polymerization aluminum chloride(PAC)flocculation effect,results showed that the treatment of high turbidity simulation and low turbidity wastewater(280-290 NTU)simulated wastewater(18-20 NTU),oil and grease wastewater(450-500 NTU),printing ink wastewater(180-200 NTU),pass flocculation performance were better than that of PAC.The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and viscosity determination analysis of polyacrylamide and poly aluminum silicate(PAM-PASS)structure of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)experimental conductance and heat.The results show that polyacrylamide and poly silicate aluminum(PAM-PASS)viscosity are molecular weight 1.5 x 107 stability best,PAM-PASS between organic and inorganic through ionic bonds,aluminum and silicon compound formed Si-O-Al bonds formed amorpHous polymers and PAM-PASS under the optimum conditions do not contain crystalline material.
