With the continued deepening of the supply-side reform,the “de-capacity” target was over-fulfilled and exceeded ahead of schedule in 2017.The focus of the supply-side reform in 2018 will gradually shift to “de-leverage” and increase industrial concentration.State's policy on environmental protection and pollution control are strictly implemented,the application of information technology and the national strategic development plan of smart manufacturing 2025,the new market opportunities brought about by the “One Belt One Road” and the impact of Sino-US trade war on imports and exports.In this context,it is particularly important to reorganize the strategic environment in which STS Company is located,to research on strategic transformation of STS Company.This paper studies the theory of strategic management and of strategic transformation,combining the actual situation of steel industry,metallurgical market and STS Company,and drawing on the research theory of strategic transformation of enterprises in other industries.This paper systematically analyzes the status of STS Company.In 2016,STS Group formed by the Metallurgical Division of S Group and the Heavy Industry Division of T Group.The problem of working style integration,corporate culture construction,company brand market recognition had raised big trouble of the company's development.Based on the systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of STS Group,this study expounds the necessity and urgency of STS company strategic transformation: relied on the leadership improvement action to enhance the reshaping of corporate culture and improve the overall competitiveness.Through the establishment of an independent after-sales service factory and the independent ECO business department to complete the internal business adjustment,establishment of a strategic alliance maintenance company to achieve external cooperation,through the internal and external two-pronged strategic layout to enhance corporate competitiveness,thereby achieving the enterprise Strategic transformation goals for long-term sustainable profitability.
