The impact of excess discharge of wastewater from enterprises on the environment is increasing which imposes higher requirements on the supervision of government departments.It is urgent to adopt advanced detection technologies and networking methods to solve this problem.A kind of the internet of things network system designed for sewage detecting to achieve a number of enterprises in the industrial park discharge of sewage monitoring timely through analysis and comparison of advanced Io T communication technology and sewage detection technology at home and abroad.A scheme of the wastewater detection network system which consists of sewage monitoring module and information concentrator is given in this thesis.The hardware circuit of the sewage monitoring module is designed in detail,which consists of ARM processor,p H/ORP signal processing circuit,dissolved oxygen signal processing circuit,input/output module,temperature sensor circuit and Lo Ra communication module.An information concentrator is designed to collect the detection results from sewage monitoring module by the composition of ARM processor,Lo Ra communication module and GPRS module.The wastewater detection system is composed of an information concentrator and multiple sewage monitoring modules.The software of sewage monitoring module and information concentrator was designed on the basis of hardware,including sewage detection processing,uploading inspection results,setting command processing,sensor calibration processing,control output,server command processing,and sewage treatment command processing.The dissertation proposes a solution that uses Lo Ra technology in low-power wide-area network technology.It has advantages of low cost,flexible networking,and convenient control,and is suitable or large-scale wastewater detection.The wastewater monitoring and demonstration software verifies the system’s water quality detection and result upload function,sensor setup function,sensor calibration function and input and output functions.The results show that the thesis designed wastewater detection of the object-connection network system can meet the current government or large-scale enterprise to large demand for large-scale wastewater monitoring.
