| Food safety has always been a major concern of the country and the people,but food safety incidents are frequent,leading to consumers hesitate to respond to processed packaged food.In order to control food safety issues for consumers and the state,food production information traceability system was born.Establishing a traceable platform for enterprises to show the food processing process and provide consumers with a query channel,so that the production process information transparency,for the future development of the food industry to play a guiding role,so that consumers eat healthy,is the ultimate goal.The key technologies of food production information traceability system based on the Internet of Things are mainly to use the current Internet of Things technology and add new technologies to solve the reading,writing and traceability of food processing information.This article is mainly about the design of a traceable system for tracing the information of food production process and the key technologies used in the system.This system mainly realizes the tracking of the whole processinformation from raw materials to finished products,the networking technology,two-dimensional code technology and video processing technology used in the process.In networking technology,mainly provide wired networking and ZigBee wireless networking;In the two-dimensional code generation technology,the main is to increase the identification of two-dimensional code;In video processing technology,after comparing several video processing technologies,h.265 coding technology was selected to describe the video processing process in detail.Finally,the information collected by all the technologies used will be presented on the traceability system platform.Consumers,regulators and system platforms,as well as third-party inspection agencies,can monitor food production in real time through the platform.The first chapter of the paper first describes the background and significance of the topic;then describes the status of key technologies of the Internet of Things and the development of food traceability system at home and abroad,points out the shortcomings of the current traceability system;finally,puts forward the research content,methods and structure of the paper.The second chapter of this paper is the introduction and use of networking technology.ZigBee technology is used to transmit the information of production.The main contents are the design of module circuit and the compilation of code.Chapter 3 is the introduction and use of the two-dimensional code,mainly the design of the pattern of thetwo-dimensional code,the design of the bearing information table and the compilation of the code.Chapter 4 is about the processing of video recording and processing in the system.The latest H.265 video processing technology is used to process the video.The processing method and process of H.265 and some criteria are explained in detail.The fifth chapter of the paper is the analysis and design of the system,including module design and database design,and finally presents the human-machine interface of the design.Chapter 6 summarizes and prospects the overall research of this paper. |
