Research On The Application Of Excellent Performance Model In Tongling Nonferrous Color A Company

At present,in the international comprehensive performance management method,the excellent performance model,which is based on the evaluation criteria of the Baldric Award,can effectively analyze the performance of the organization according to the needs of the customers.Excellent performance model has also been recognized by more and more people.In the course of the research,this paper takes the performance excellence model as the main content,according to the regulations and requirements of GB/T1W80-2004,analyzes the problems that appear in the process of using the outstanding performance to evaluate the enterprises in our country.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the effect of using outstanding performance in domestic enterprises,and finally provides some feasible suggestions for promoting the management level of Chinese enterprises through the significance of performance model in practice.This paper first describes the research status quo,basic content and implementation methods of the performance excellence model,then through the analysis of the environment of Tongling Nonferrous Color A Company,focuses on the influencing factors,including leadership,in the construction of the outstanding performance model.Customer and market,process management,measurement,analysis and improvement,resources and strategies,through the analysis of relevant factors to provide the basis for specific implementation.Finally,the paper analyzes the results of introducing the excellent performance model into company A,and summarizes the successful experience,shortcomings and perfect countermeasures.Through the research,it is concluded that the enterprise adopts the excellent performance model,which is the modern management.In the process of development,it is helpful for enterprises to realize their own advantages and disadvantages,and thus to promote the healthy growth of enterprises.
