Mechanoluminescence?ML?refers to the phenomenon that the object is stimulated by the external mechanical force.According to the repeatability of the ML,the ML could be classified into two categories the elastic-ML and the inelastic-ML.Because the elastic mechanoluminescence?Elastic-ML?has high repeatability and the linear dependence of light emission intensity on the mechanical stress during elastic-ML,therefore they show outstanding prospects of application in stress distribution of micro crack detection and visualization of building,energy,biological imaging,information transfer,etc.However,there also still exist other challenges in studies on elastic-ML materials,such as single color,luminescence mechanisms are ambiguous,the measurement system for elastic-ML is nonstandard,these problems have hindered the development of mechanoluminescence..Aiming at promoting the solution of these problems,this dissertation presents related researches and results as follows:?1?ZnS:Mn2+elastic-ML material was prepared by high temperature solid state method,the morphology,crystal structure,photoluminescence,ML luminescence properties were characterized,laminated between flexible and transparent PET flims to constitute flexible composite ML thin-film device,the ML properties was characterized.It is found that the samples with Mn2+doping concentration of 1mol%and sintering temperature of 1050oC have high ML brightness.?2?A blue-green elastic-ML material ZnS:Cu+was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction.It was proved that the color of ZnS-based materials would change when doped with different ions,which provided a way for force luminescent materials to change the color of luminescence.?3?According to the research on the ZnS crystal,it is found that wurtzite-type ZnS as the host material with higher piezoelectric coefficient is more conductive to the ML emission of ZnS:Mn2+than sphalerite-type ZnS as the host material with lower piezoelectric coefficient,which uses piezoelectric induced electron de-trapping theory to explain ZnS:Mn2+ML process,this model is applicable to ZnS:Cu+elastic-ML materials.?4?The use of color mixing principle,preparation of a green light emitting ZnS based elastic-ML material,and ZnS:Mn2+with different mass ratio made into devices,found that the device's color change depend on the quality of different proportion ratio changes,CIE coordinates from ZnS:Cu+?0.28,0.55?change to green ZnS:Mn2+orange?0.54,0.44?,showing a good linear relationship,the elastic-ML device color change is operational and practical.?5?In this paper,ZnS-based elastic-ML materials doped with different ions are reported.It is proved that different colors are produced when doped with different ions,achieve the mechanoluminescence color transform using the color mixing principle,provides research programs and new ideas to achieve ML materials full color light.
