People's self-protection has existed since ancient times,from the development of ancient armor to modern day-to-day stab-resistant shoes,stab-resistant gloves,and so on.People's demand for protective products has never been cut off,but the problem that comes with it is that While meeting protection requirements,comfort and flexibility are essential.Under this background,the flexible stab-resistant composites has become a hot topic of research because of its light weight and high comfort.However,with the development of the flexible stab-resistant composites,the problem of its expensive price is still not solved,and the stab-resistant product cannot be marketed.Therefore,based on the previous research of the research group,this project used high-strength polyester as raw material,to investigate the influence of different weft densities on the stab resistance of three-dimensional angle-interlock fabrics,and then took the gas phase SiO2 particles as the dispersed phase,and polyethylene glycol?PEG?as the dispersion medium,different proportions of shear thickening fluids were prepared.The steady state and dynamic rheological properties of STF were measured with a rotary rheometer.The effects of dispersion medium,concentration,and temperature on the performance of STF were investigated.and the rheological properities of STF was improved by optimizing the process of preparation.Finally,STF/high-strength polyester composites were prepared by different composite processes,as the anti-stab shoes midsole,quasi-static anti-stab experiments were conducted.The effects of impregnation method and impregnation ratio on the protective performance of STF/high-strength polyester composites were discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?The quasi-static anti-stabbing of three-dimensional angle-interlock fabrics with different weft densities was found.As the weft density increases,the quasi-static puncture force of the fabric increases,and the anti-stealing effect is better.?2?SiO2/STF has good reversibility.It is found that the greater the proportion of dispersion medium PEG200 and PEG400,the greater the viscosity of the dispersion medium,but the shear thickening effect of the shear thickening fliud made is less different;and when the concentration is low,the system is Continuous shear thickening,at high concentrations,the system is discontinuous shear thickening.It is found that the increase of the concentration and the decrease of the system temperature all decrease the critical shear rate,decrease the critical shear stress,increase the viscosity of the system,decrease the critical shear strain,complex viscosity,loss modulus and storage modulus.As the increase increases,the shear thickening effect increases.The clustering mechanism can better explain the shear thickening behavior of the STF system.?3?The composite process?impregnation times,number of roll presses?and impregnation ratio have different effects on the composite effect of STF and high-strength polyester fabrics,but the roller pressure will cause the yarns to partially fall off at the edge of the fabric,and the internal fabric will loosen to effect the stab resistance of the composites.?4?The quasi-static stab resistance of the fabric before and after the impregnation was found that the impregnation of the STF contributes to the improvement of the stab resistance of the fabric.The maximum penetration force of the impregnated high strength polyester fabric with the weft density of 800 yarn/10cm and 900 yarn/10cm is greater than 1100N.to meet the requirements of special stab-resistant shoes.
