With the continuous development of open pit mining industry,the mine electric shovel has been developing in the direction of large-scale and high efficiency.The development of large mining electric shovel technology has become the urgent demand of the mining industry.Lifting driving device as an important part of large mining excavator,its performance directly affects the performance of the machine.The structure of the lifting gear is complex and the working environment is bad.At present,the domestic researchers have used the foreign products and improved the design of the lifting drive for the large mine electric shovel.The design of the transmission device is heavy and has a direct impact on the performance and manufacturing cost of the whole machine.This paper mainly studies the lifting transmission device of WK type large mining electric shovel,applies modern design methods and theories to carry out lightweight design and analysis,and achieves the goal of reducing weight.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The design of the lifting gear is designed,including the optimization of the gear parameter design of the reducer,the determination of the basic parameters of the shaft,the reel and the box.Compared with the existing products,the parameters of the gear are optimized and the volume of the reducer is reduced.(2)In view of the actual problems of the mass of the reel,according to the maximum lifting load,the static strength and stiffness of the reel are analyzed.The stress distribution and deformation of the reel are obtained,and the structural parameters of the thickness of the drum and the thickness of the plate are optimized,and the structure and production process of the reel are improved.(3)The size of the upper and lower box is optimized by using ANSYS Workbench.Compared with the existing box,the purpose of reducing the quality of the box is achieved.(4)According to the optimized results,the rigid flexible coupling model is established in ROMAX,and the strength,stiffness and fatigue life of the main parts(shaft and bearing)of the reducer are analyzed under the limit conditions.In the case of deformation of the shaft,the deformation of the flexible box and the bearing,the stress analysis,the contact spot analysis and the transmission error analysis of the gear are carried out,and the corresponding results are obtained.(5)Taking the contact strength and the optimal contact state of the gear as the target,the tooth profile and the tooth profile of the high speed gear and low speed gear are repaired,and the best modification scheme is obtained.
