Research On Financial Risk Management Of M Steel Corp

In recent years,while China's market economy is developing rapidly,Chinese enterprises are also constantly transforming and developing.However,under the influence of economic growth and economic globalization,the risk factors faced by companies have also increased.Enterprises need to update the risk management model in time.Otherwise,the traditional management model will hinder the development of the company.And financial risk management is the "soft rib" of most companies.As an important industry in China,the steel industry plays an important role in the construction of service-based industries.However,in recent years,China's steel industry has been developing slowly,with overcapacity,rising prices of upstream raw materials,and unreasonable product mix,which has led to an increase in financial risks in the steel industry.Although the severe situation in the steel industry has been alleviated since the country introduced supply-side reforms,but the fundamental problems in the steel industry have not been resolved.This article takes M steel company,one of the steel state-owned enterprises,as the research object,analyzes its financial risk management problems and causes,and proposes solutions,hoping to give some inspiration to M Steel Corp and the current sluggish steel industry.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research significance,research content,research methods,research status at home and abroad,and innovation points.The second chapter is an overview of financial risk management,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.It mainly expounds the related concepts of financial risk and financial risk management,as well as the MM theory,control theory and enterprise adversity management theory related to this paper.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation and problems of financial risk management of M Steel Corp.Firstly,it introduces the basic information of M Steel Corp and industry background,and then analyzes the risks of M Steel Corp from four aspects: financing,investment,operation and market.Management status and problems.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the causes of financial risk management problems of M Steel Corp,mainly from three aspects: financial risk management environment,financial risk management strategy tools and internal control.The fifth chapter proposes solutions to the causes of the three aspects of the analysis in Chapter fourth above.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and enlightenment of this paper.The author puts forward the solutions to improve the financial risk management environment,optimize the financial risk management strategy tools,and improve the internal control system.
