At present,the loading capacity of high production and high efficiency fully mechanized coal mining face is getting larger and larger,the capacity of the single transformer has reached 6300 kVA,and the power of the motor is also raised.This puts forward higher requirements for the performance of the mine vacuum contactor as the motor start/stop,the protection and control.Therefore,research on miniaturization,integration,intelligence and high reliability of mine vacuum contactor has good practical application value.In this paper,taking the 630A/1140 V intelligent phase selective vacuum contactor as the research object,a direct movable electromagnetic actuator with integrated breaking spring and contact spring is designed as the driving component taking into account the safety,reliability and stability factors.All the movable parts are arranged in the same axis,and the making and breaking are carried out only on the central axis.There is only a friction between the cylinders of the moving parts,which can reduce the volume of the product,reduce the dispersion of the making time of the actuator itself,and improve the life of the actuator.Since the single-phase actuators are the same,it is convenient for modular production and assembly.Combined with the empirical formula of electromagnet,the electrical and structural parameters of the electromagnetic actuator are analyzed and calculated,and the parameters such as the size of the static iron and the number of the coil turns are calculated.The finite element analysis is executed by Ansoft software,and the rationality of the electromagnetic force and anti-force matching is verified.The size of the actuator is scanned parametrized,and the influence of the size on the static performance is studied.The dynamic performance of the actuator can be verified to meet the technical requirements of the arc extinguishing tube,and the parameters of the key parameters are scanned and the influence of the related parameters on the performance of the contactor is studied.The prototype of the mine vacuum contactor is manufactured,the hardware circuit of the driving unit is made and the experimental platform is built.The dynamic performance is tested by the laser displacement sensor,and compared with the simulated results.The experimental results verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Finally,the phase controlling is carried out on the contactor.The phase control of making and breaking is carried out at the zero point and peak of the voltage or current,respectively.The experimental results verify the rationality of the structure design and the feasibility of the phase control.
