The key problem to apply drilling well of balance and pressure is strict control well liquid density. The important fact to effect well liquid density is the gas erosion. While the gas erosion is severe, well shooting up or gushing out take place. Doffing gas capsule is a assistant equipment of doffing the gas of the drilling well liquid.At present, vacuum doffing gas capsule are used on the drilling well plat. But it have faults which is heavy in structure, is low in automatic apply, is operated in hand. In fact of the problem, in the paper, we carry out specially ZCQ1/4 vacuum doffing gas capsule, we have designed out control system of vacuum Doffing gas capsule. The paper includes two components: mechanic and control system.In mechanic part study, we have carried out designing and checking-up in detail which includes central motor, vacuum capsule, vacuum pump and belt gear. It exerted classical mechanical theory. In blade study, the mechanism of wearing in solid-liquid two-phase flow centrifugal pumps is studied. On the basis of the theory, we had designed new blade. Having been utilized the momentum theory of fluid mechanics, the blade impacted on the pressure of fluid in the pipeline and the fluid gets capacity from the blade. The important data from torque of rotation axis and fluid elevation was obtained.In control system part, ultrasonic sensor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor serve as data acquisition. Micro-chip unit and its outer circuits process, compute, store, display acquisition signal, then transmit data to the PC through the serial communication. The system is monitored through the PC. While the parameters that is being measured gets ahead of the limitations which was installed, on the one hand, the MCU, electromagnetic relay, electromagnetic value and adjustable value control on and off of the value of gas access, on the other hand, the watchful signal is given off, so that the aim of automatic control are attained. Since there are a lot of signals requiring acquisition, in the paper, a K9S6408V0A data chip is extended. It deals data fast. The capacity of MCP adds up to 8M Bytes. In addition, the keyboard scanning, LCD displaying and power supply circuits are designed.On the base of hardware, the codes are programmed with C51 and compilation languages. We adopt the module designation idea, different function module adopts different program. The software includes Central program, keyboard control program, calculating subprogram, displaying subprogram, data storing program, etc. At last, exploring two aspects: improve system measure precision and reduce system measure error.
