This paper focuses on the study of a coal mine communication system in Shuozhou City.The paper completed the design of the communication system between the intelligent equipment of the mining face and the ground.Combined with the actual needs of the coal mine,the reliability,real-time and communication distance of the communication system are required.In the circuit design,hf-lpb100wi-fi communication module and wt11 Bluetooth communication module are selected.The controller of communication circuit is MSP430 series low power MCU of TI company.Based on the above design,the schematic diagram and PCB circuit diagram of the drilling rig communication system are drawn,and the hardware circuit design is completed.In the part of communication protocol,the general data frame format including command header,command type,data length,check bit and command bit is designed,and the corresponding command format is designed for each kind of drilling rig data according to the business requirements.Then,using C language,the designed communication protocol is realized on the basis of TCP protocol.Considering the comple conditions and harsh environment,the application program based on Win CE operating system is also designed,which can access the local data of the drilling rig through the e plosion-proof PDA.This paper proposes an improved scheme of RPL routing protocol,analyzes the improved part of cm-rpl in detail,STI calculation,node rank value improvement and parent node selection inde,and then describes the application process of the improved RPL? through the cooja wireless simulation platform,the improved cm-rpl routing protocol is simulated and analyzed.In this paper,the designed communication system is simulated and tested,including transmission error rate and packet loss rate test,real-time communication delay test,underground wireless communication distance test,and underground actual comprehensive test,and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that the improved cm-rpl is25.5% less than the original RPL when the network is initialized to stable operation.After the network is stable,the remaining energy in the network is increased by 23.4%,and compared with the same node using cm-rpl and the original RPL,the packet loss rate is25.5% less in cm-rpl The packet loss rate of the nodes in the protocol is less than that of the original RPL routing protocol.
