R2O-RO2-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 was used as basic glass-ceramic system in the study,and the influence of R2O/B2O3 and sintering parameter on the properties of glass-ceramic had been discussed in the experiment.What's more,the effect of fluoride?CaF2,ZnF2,Na3AlF6??ZnS?WO3 and CeO2 on the properties of glass-ceramic bond and diamond composites had been further studied.The refractoriness and fluidity of glass-ceramic bond had been tested by Seger-Cone and plane flowing methods in this experiment,respectively.Three-point test method and Archimedes drainage method were used to test the bending strength?bulk density and porosity of diamond composites.And then,SEM?XRD?TG-DSC thermal analyzer were used to analyze the microstructure and crystallinity,furthermore,the relationship between microstructure and macro-properties had been studied.The experiment results shown as follow:when the R2O/B2O3 was 1:2,there were lower refractoriness?higher fluidity and better crystallinity.The glass-ceramic bond and diamond composites had better crystallinity and higher bending strength,under the sintering of 800?for 110 min and 647?for 100 min.The fluidity and bending strength had been improved a lot with the addition of fluoride.When the addition of CaF2 was 6%,it is benefited to crystallization of pyramided crystal and stuck to the surface of abrasive closely,and maximized the bending strength to 92.40MPa.The addition of appropriate ZnF2 improved fluidity of glass-ceramic bond and bending strength of diamond composites,when the content was 4%,maximized the bending strength to 89.50MPa.Na3AlF6 would decreased the crystallization,improved the vitrification and benefited to the fusion of glass-ceramic bond,and when the content was 4%,maximized the bending strength to 83.76MPa.The adding of ZnS improved fluidity and crystallinity of glass-ceramic sharply,and when the content was 6%,maximized the bending strength to 83.41MPa.The addition of WO3 and CeO2improved refractoriness and decreased fluidity,increased the crystallinity of glass-ceramic,but it was helpless to the bending strength of diamond composites.
