In recent years,we found that a rain in the city also brought unbearable pollution to the urban water ecology.Urban rainfall runoff pollution,as a part of non-point source pollution,has caused serious water environment deterioration and water ecological crisis.To enhance the level of social development and city population density have contributed to the surge in the process of rapid urbanization,which makes the city hard pavement surge,not only caused a substantial increase in runoff after rainfall,and the formation of non-point source pollution is serious.The construction of "sponge city" brings opportunities for non-point source pollution control in cities.The low impact development model mainly controls the runoff discharge,delays the peak time of runoff,and reduces the non-point source pollution load.Firstly,based on the technical guidelines for the construction of sponge City and on the basis of defining the physical,chemical and biological methods for eliminating runoff pollution,this paper analyze and compare the purification and texture of stormwater management purification measures.According to the construction of relevant measures,we put forward the optimized scheme aiming at improving the efficiency of stormwater purification.we expounded the landscape construction techniques and component of urban ecological stormwater management of non-point source pollution control measures from three stages.In order to improve the efficiency of rainwater purification,the optimized scheme is put forward for the construction of relevant measures and new methods to eliminate runoff pollution by landscape means.Secondly,according to the classification of urban planning,urban roads,residential areas,commercial and cultural areas,industrial areas,rivers and lakes five categories,this paper expounds the urban runoff control measures and the methods of landscape construction.Finally,the index decomposition method is used to define the pollution reduction rate of the inner diameter flow in the sub region.It puts forward the design strategy for the construction of sponge city in Huaiyang Henan,which can take into account multiple functions,including realize runoff pollution control,improve the quality of urban environment and provide opportunities for leisure and recreation.These measures play a guiding role for the construction of sponge city.
