In recent years multi axis compound machining technology is a modern manufacturing technology developed rapidly.which has been developed rapidly in the past ten years.Double-spindle double-tool frame CNC lathe is a typical product of such a technology,which,Compared with single-axis CNC lathe,has a remarkably high efficiency and high precision.In the process of batch production,it can shorten the working hours and improve the production efficiency.Numerical control system is the core of double spindle and double tool frame lathe,and it is also the guarantee to play its greatest role.In this paper,taking the CNC system of double-spindle double-tool frame CNC lathe as the research object,and combining the characteristics of double-spindle double-tool frame CNC lathe and the current trend of open CNC system,studied the overall formula of double spindle and double tool frame numerical control system,and had a further reliability analysis for f this type of NC system.Introduction to the structure and characteristics of double spindle and double tool frame CNC lathe.Multi-axis composite processing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology which has been developed rapidly in the past ten years.Firstly,the overall characteristics of double-spindle double-tool frame NC lathe are introduced.Because the inner hole of the axle housing is used as the reference in the processing of the lathe,where the main shaft and the tail frame must support the inner hole of the workpiece,the rear frame is the key part.For this reason,the core shaft and the moving mechanism of the tail seat are given detailed introduction.Finally,I gave introductions to the two main parts--the spindle box and the tool holder.Analysis of the overall formula of the CNC system of the double-spindle and double-tool frame NC vehicle.On the basis of the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the double-spindle and double-tool frame NC vehicle,the overall formula of the CNC system is put forward.For hardware systems,responding to the characteristics of double spindle and double tool frame NC car,an open CNC system is developed by using PMAC motion control card embedded in industrial control PC.The structure and performance characteristics of industrial PC,PMAC motion control card and its accessories and spindle system in the hardware of CNC system are given respective introductions.For the software system,system platform,the software system frame andthe key technology of the software system are introduced respectively.Reliability analysis of double spindle and double tool frame CNC system.As there are many failures or initial performance failures in the process of using NC system,which is a key part to affect the reliability of CNC equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the reliability of the double-spindle and double-tool frame NC system studied in this paper.Firstly,the reliability characteristic quantity,its model and goodness of fit test of the reliability evaluation system of double-spindle and double-tool frame NC lathe are analyzed on the basis of a large number of fault data collected.The parameters of the distribution model are estimated by linear regression analysis,maximum likelihood method and moment method,through which the mathematical models of the four basic functions--reliability,cumulative failure probability,cumulative failure probability density and instantaneous failure rate--are obtained.Calculation for the observed value of MTBF and estimation for the point of MTBF are made,as well as the calculation MTTR and Ai.
