Spark discharge ablation technique is under the participation of oxygen,use metal combustion releasing chemical energy to remove material of a kind of technology,this technology fundamentally solved the problem of low efficiency of processing,but uncontrolled ablation energy.With the use of water and oxygen gas as the processing medium,the removal rate of the material is improved significantly.In this paper,the mechanism of atomization ablation and the atomization ablation rule of conventional electrode are studied in this paper,and two different electrode forms are proposed: wall groove electrode and collector electrode.The wall groove electrode is in the form of the inclined groove of the conventional electrode side wall,and through the inclined trough can cause the ablation product to discharge machining clearance to achieve high efficiency ablation and the purpose of continuous and stable processing.The cluster electrode is extremely porous,and the cluster electrode atomizing ablation can improve the machining efficiency one step.In the end,the comparison of the atomization ablation process of the collector electrode and the wall slot electrode is carried out,which can achieve the purpose of high efficiency ablation and improving the surface quality.The work of this paper is as follows:1.Atomization ablation experiment system is designed,make the electrodes fixture,choosing the appropriate flow control devices,through the control valve size to produce the different ratio of gas and liquid atomizing medium,has provided the safeguard for the experiments.2.The discharge and ablation mechanism of the atomization conditions were analyzed,and a breakdown model of the atomized medium was established,and the advantages of atomization ablation were analyzed from the macro and micro perspectives.3.Carried out within the conventional electrode salt fluid EDM,immersion ablation and pure oxygen atomization ablation processing experiment,the experimental results show that the atomization the removal rate of ablative materials are dipping 1.3 times that of pure oxygen ablation machining is the internal fluid EDM 7 times,electrode loss and the immersion relative pure oxygen volume ablation is roughly same,is 33% of the liquid in EDM.4.The conventional electrode atomization ablation process is carried out,The influence of electrical parameters and non-electric parameters on machining is analyzed,the main influence parameters between low voltage electric current,pulse width,pulse,aerosol pressure and fluid volume ratio.The results show that the higher the disuse rate and the relative loss rate of the electrode volume,the higher the ratio of the discharge energy and the gas fog pressure,the relative loss rate of the electrode is maintained at a lower level.With the increase of the gas and liquid product ratio,the material removal rate showed a tendency to decrease after the first increase,and the relative loss rate of electrode volume decreased,and the optimal gas-liquid product ratio was 80:1.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the study of the wall-groove electrode and the cluster electrode atomization ablation.5.Put forward the electrode atomization ablative wall groove processing,the method of flow field are simulated and verified the pressure loss and chip removal restricts the wall groove electrode atomization ablation efficiency,when the tank in 1 mm wide,when the dip Angle near 60 ° ablation efficiency is highest,the ablation efficiency than conventional electrode increased by 15.7%,the electrode relative loss increased by 6.2%,and the wall slot with promote chip removal,improve the quality of the surface.6.The method of atomization ablation process for cluster electrodes is presented,and the simulation and comparison of the collector electrode and the wall groove electrode flow field are carried out.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the pulverized combustion is 1.5 times and 1.3 times of the atomization ablation of the wall slot electrode.Cluster shaking atomization ablation before they are wall slot electrode atomization ablation is the total time of tank wall electrode atomization ablation for 73% of the time,is first cluster not shake atomization ablation and wall slot electrode atomization of ablation time 58%,cluster electrode atomization ablation machining in shaking in the impact on machining efficiency is relatively obvious,with the proposed method processing the ideal square cavity...
