The Chinese railway stretches for thousands of miles,so it urgently needs a high detection rate and efficient testing method and manufacturing related testing equipment.The purpose of this paper is to design and manufacture a new type of key components for the electromagnetic non-destructive testing equipment of the rail top defects,to make up for the existing problems of the existing testing equipment and to improve the detection rate,detection accuracy and detection efficiency of the equipment.In this paper,an improved scheme of the probe is proposed by using the electromagnetic finite element simulation.In the simulation,the ferrite magnetic block with better performance is selected by comparing the gain effects of ferrite with different shapes and different points.Through comparative analysis,the simulation data of different probe’s lift-off values obtained under transient simulation conditions are used to explore the limitations of the model sensor at the present stage.The experimental exploration based on the calculation theory of this simulation is put forward,which lays the foundation for the follow-up work.In addition,this paper designed and manufactured a new type of testing equipment,that is the rail surface to adapt to the bearing mechanism,the mechanism will be divided into four original sensor which focus on the train wheel to crush more serious rail outside,Train vibration has a good effect on the detection of signals.In this paper,a new type of rail bearing surface adaptation mechanism were launched under low-speed conditions and the detection of vehicle under high-speed car artificial crack sample inspection test,the indicators of different indicators of artificial cracks detected signals,and indicators of different signals analysis and comparison,verify the stability of the equipment.
