The petrochemical commonly used small-diameter pipes are mostly made of ferromagnetic materials.They work under the combined effects of the complex external environment and the medium transported inside the pipes.They are very vulnerable to damage or corrosion,and short-circuit defects on small-diameter pipes,especially smaller ones.Buried defects are not easy to detect and are easily overlooked,but they are easily affected by personal safety and safety.Therefore,non-destructive testing and evaluation of short-circuited small diameter pipes is very important for reducing safety accidents,reducing costs,and maintaining smooth and efficient operation of equipment significance.Based on the theory of conventional magnetic flux leakage detection,this paper uses finite element simulation technology and combines the needs of actual production to design and develop a short-circuit magnetic flux leakage detection device.This paper firstly analyzes the detection principle,magnetization method and data collection and processing of the magnetic flux leakage detection technology,and points out the possibility of short-circuiting the magnetic flux leakage detection device of the small-diameter tube.It uses a combination of theoretical analysis and structural design to achieve the defect leakage magnetic field.Based on the theoretical basis,the finite element analysis software was used to establish the analysis model of short-circuited small-diameter pipe wall defects,and the distribution law and influencing factors of the leakage magnetic field of the defects were analyzed.The depth and width changes of prismatic defects,the depth and diameter changes of cylindrical defects,and the influence of the height of magnetized air gap on the leakage magnetic field were studied in detail.The spatial distribution map of leakage magnetic field was obtained and defects were identified.Based on the finite element analysis,the overall design of a magnetic flux leakage detection system based on magnetic flux leakage was developed.Using Solidworks to build a three-dimensional solid model,and then set up in the laboratory conditions short-sighted small diameter magnetic flux leakage detection device in kind.
