UV-curing 3D Printing material,as a combination of material manufacturing and rapid prototyping technology,has become one of the focuses of manufacturing research,because of the particularity of its molding process and the limitation of its own material,UV-curing 3D Printing The mechanical properties of the cured products of material are obviously insufficient,which seriously hinders the development and application of UV-curing 3D Printing material technology,In order to improve the mechanical properties of UV-curing 3D Printing material,the surface modification of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and graphene(go)was carried out respectively,and the modified CNTs and modified GO were used as enhancement relative UV-curing 3D Printing The enhanced toughening of material was studied.The effects of different nano-particles,different surface modification treatments and different additions on the physicochemical properties,UV-curing properties,thermal properties and mechanical properties of UV-curing 3D Printing material were studied.The study on CNTs/UV-curing 3D Printing material showed that the CNTs length of IEM,GMA and TDI modification was shortened,and there was no phenomenon of tangle agglomeration,which could disperse evenly in UV-curing 3D Printing Material.The addition of CNTs can reduce the volume shrinkage of the UV-curing 3D Printing material,the UV-curing speed is slowed,and the critical exposure is increased.The addition of CNTs increased the thermal performance of the UV-curing 3D Printing material,and CNTs in 0.10wt% and 0.15wt%,the glass transition temperature rose 3.4 ℃ and 6.8 ℃ respectively.The addition of CNTs can significantly improve the mechanical properties of UV-curing 3D Printing material,and the CNTs of surface modification has more obvious effect on the mechanical properties of the material,CNTs-IEM 3D when the 0.1wt% content is UV-curing Printing material hardness,impact strength,tensile strength,flexural strength reached the maximum value,at this time UV-curing 3D Printing material hardness,impact strength,tensile strength,flexural strength of 21.7%,65.6%,87.3%,respectively,53.2%.CNTs and UV-curing 3D Printing material a good interface,the CNTs of the bridge,Pull-out and the deflection of the crack is CNTs enhanced UV-curing 3D Printing.The main mechanism of mechanical properties and fracture toughness of material.The study of GO/UV-curing 3D Printing material shows that the stacking number of layers decreases and the tendency of reunion decreases when the GO added to UV-curing 3D Printing material by IEM,GMA and TDI modification.Can be better dispersed in the light curing 3D printing material.The add of GO reduces the volume shrinkage and light curing speed of the UV-curing 3DPrinting material,and increases the critical exposure.GO to the material thermal stability enhancement effect is weaker than CNTs,when goes content in 0.10wt% and 0.15wt%,the glass transition temperature rises respectively 2.1 ℃ and 3.9 ℃.After surface modification,the GO as the enhancement phase can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the UV-curing 3D Printing material,when the GO-IEM content is 0.10wt%,the hardness,impact strength of UV-curing 3D Printing material,The tensile strength and flexural strength reached the maximum value,23.3%,84.4%,107.1%,72.4% were promoted respectively.GO single and complete two-dimensional structure makes GO as the enhancement phase can withstand the heavy load when the material is subjected to the external stress,it displays the very big stiffness along the carbon atom plane under the tensile stress,the small amount adds can obviously enhance the composite material mechanical property.The results showed that the enhancement effect of CNTs on the thermal properties of the materials was stronger than that of GO;GO to UV-curing 3D Printing material.CNTs modified nano-particles in three surface modification treatments IEM 3D.The effect of Printing material mechanical properties is most obvious.
