Barium slag is a hazardous solid waste,which produced in the process of barium salt production,and it's stored in a lot of stacking or simple landfill disposal,which brings great hidden danger to the surrounding environment.During the process of washing the barium slag,the toxic and harmful Ba2+leaching solution will be infiltrated into the surface,which can cause surface water and groundwater poisoning.The subject takes the barium slag as the object of study,which was produced by Hubei Jingshan Chutian Barium Salt corp.ltd.By using the orthogonal test method to study the static leaching of temporary barium slag,the pretreatment conditions before entering the landfill of barium slag and dynamic leaching experiment of barium slag.Exploring the optimum pretreatment conditions of barium slag before entering the landfill,the external factors on the law of influence and mechanisation to the leaching of Ba2+and study with the treatment technology of barium slag landfill method and leaching liquor.Based on the results of static leaching test of temporary barium residue,it can be seen that the influence of various factors on the static leaching of Ba2+in the barium slag is the liquid-solid ratio>leaching time>initial pH>barium slag particle size>temperature.The maximum concentration of Ba2+can be leached out at the initial pH of 5,the leaching time of 28d,the particle size of 110 mesh,the liquid-solid ratio of5:1 and 20?.Therefore,contact and immersion time control of barium slag and water is the key to the prevention of Ba2+leaching,should be taken to set up a canopy,flood intercepting trench,impermeable layer and other measures to reduce environmental pollution of leachate.The result of the barium slag's pretreatment shows that,under the condition of leaching time 8h,liquid-solid ratio 8:1,stirring speed 5r.h-1and Na2SO4 multiplier×2.2,the concentration of Ba2+in the leaching solution of barium slag after pretreatment can meet the requirement of barium slag landfill and reduce the difficulty of processing with the leaching solution.Through the analysis of the dynamic leaching test results,it can be seen that the highest leaching concentration of Ba2+was found in the initial pH of 5,the precipitation3000mm and 26?.The Ba2+concentration of the leaching solution was firstly increased rapidly,and then decreased,and finally the two polynomial model was slowly increased after leaching of the embedded barium slag by different initial pH.When initial pH was 5.0,the maximum concentration of Ba2+was 552mg/L.According to the results of this subject by the test of leaching solution,combined with the actual situation of Hubei Jingshan Chutian Barium Salt corp.ltd and on the construction experience of the solid waste landfill,a barium slag processing method and process of landfill leachate treatment is put forward,to provide reference for the prevention and control of pollution of barium slag,but also provide the scientific support for the environmental management of barium slag.
