| Production scheduling is the core of manufacturing enterprise,reasonable and orderly production scheduling can guarantee the production of products in accordance with the planned implementation.,make use of production resources with high efficiency and low cost,reduce the occupation of WIP funds.Therefore,in order to improve the operation ability of the workshop production system,it is necessary to develop a timely,effective,accurate and reliable scheduling scheme.At present,the research in the field of production scheduling mainly focused on the job shop scheduling problem,which is less involved in the assembly process.However,with the change of the living environment and the change of the product demand,the assembly constraints must be considered in the production scheduling.Thus,the assembly job shop scheduling problem is derived,which has a strong practical significance.Assembly job shop scheduling problem contains complex production constraints.It is necessary to consider not only the machining sequence constraints in the process of job shop scheduling,but also the coordination of assembly processes.The modeling and algorithm design of complex assembly constraint problems are more difficult.Firstly,based on the characteristics of particle swarm optimization,the assembly structure and assembly constraints are presented.The mathematical model is established to describe the job shop scheduling problem.Then,because of the discrete problem,the key problem lies in the design of particle swarm coding and decoding.In this thesis,design and implement an efficient and simple shop scheduling algorithm,and verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Finally,the optimization method of particle swarm optimization is proposed.Three kinds of optimization methods are designed,which are new decoding method,scheduling adjustment and individual rearrangement.A large number of experiments are carried out to compare the experimental data and analyze the performance of different optimization methods.The innovation of this thesis is to design an effective particle swarm optimization algorithm for assembly job shop scheduling problem,and an improved method is presented to verify the feasibility and superiority of the improved algorithm.This research is helpful for enterprises to improve equipment utilization and improve production efficiency,which has important practical significance for the production of enterprises. |
