Hydraulic fracturing is the main measure to stablize and increase the production of the oilfield,However,a large amount of fracturing waste fluid will be produced at the same time.The composition of fracturing waste fluid is more complex and result in hindering to deal with it.If discharged arbitrarily,it will make a series pollution to the environment.It has become an important factor in the sustainable development of oil fields.In this study,Changqing(CQ)and daqing(DQ)oilfield fracturing waste fluid as the research object,utilizing wastewater treatment technology.Recycling the flowback fluid as a new fracturing fluid to continue to use.environmental protection and conservation of freshwater resources are of great significance.Firstly,through the analysis of fracturing fluid wastewater quality index test results,This paper choose the key factors affecting the handsome of fracturing fluid.The experimental results show when the concentration of calcium ion exceeds 400mg/L,the concentration of magnesium ion exceeds 300mg/L,the concentration of ferric ion exceeds 30mg/L,the concentration of ferrous iron 10mg/L and aluminum ion exceeds 50mg/L.It has great influence on the performance of fracturing fluid..Secondly,This paper use the sewage treatment technology to deal with the fracturing waste fluid and optimize the process to control the water quality.On the basis of the treated samples.The relevant experimental results are as follows: the mass fraction of hydroxypropyl guar gum was 0.5%,CQA and CQB in crosslinking ratio should be 100:9,DQA samples in the crosslinking ratio was 100:7,the DQB samples in the crosslinking ratio in 100:10,optimized the fracturing fluid system by fracturing fluid formulation.Finally,though experiment to evaluate the fracturing fluid,the results show that the complex liquid system has the advantages of strong shear resistance,good back row performance and low residue content.
