| In the process of oil and gas storage and transportation,once oil and gas leaks to a limited space and explode,it will produce a huge amount of energy.With the random direction and throwing distance of the explosive debris,domino accidents are usually extremely serious caused by the explosion of debris caused by the accident.In order to ensure the safety of the surrounding equipment and personnel,this thesis analyzes the influence range of the explosive debris and the damage degree of the equipment and personnel in the affected area quantitatively,studies safety barriers and performance level of the tank zone and the evacuation of the crowds after the accident occurred.(1)In view of the previous studies which pay more attention in the research of debris mass ejection distance and little study on the quantitative damage of the equipment and personnel,the underground closed duct is used as the research object.Under the influence of certain explosive energy,the influence of explosive debris and the damage degree of the equipment and personnel in the affected area are simulated and analyzed by the ANSYS AUTODYN simulation software.(2)Considering the debris can easily cause serious domino accidents,based on the combination of Bow-tie and safety barrier,the risk control model of oil storage tank is established to study the control level of the explosive debris risk in the effect of the security barrier.Then the thesis puts forward measures to prevent the accidents caused by the explosion debris.(3)It is usually difficult to accurately grasp the evacuation information of the crowds and effectively evacuate the personnel in the accident area.On the basis of analyzing the evacuation behavior of the personnel,Pathfinder software is used to combine the personnel behavior with environmental disaster model.According to the actual situation of the exploded chemical park,the thesis simulates and analyzes the personnel emergency evacuation and proposes the corresponding evacuation strategy. |
