With the increasing demand for oil industry and the increasing difficulty of offshore oil drilling,the computer control system of drilling has become the mainstream of the offshore drilling platform configuration.Due to the backward domestic technology,drilling platform equipment and automation technology has been monopolized by foreign countries.With the increasing degree of automation of drilling equipment,the operation and maintenance of drilling equipment become more and more complex.Hence,in order to enhance the practical operation ability and maintenance ability of the drillers and electric personnel of our platform,it is of great significance to develop a set of “automatic control simulation training system for driller” for training platform personnel and electrical personnel.This paper takes the offshore oil 943 drilling platform Cyberbase system as the research object.Firstly,we study the overall structure and working principle of Cyberbase system.Combined with the functional requirements of the simulation training system,the overall scheme of the system is proposed,and the model machine in the overall scheme is basically designed.Secondly,this paper studies the composition and main functions of the controlled object in the drilling automatic control system,and takes the hoisting system as an example,through the mechanism analysis,the mathematical model of the rising process and the ascending process is established,and then the model is simulated based on Matlab / Simulink.Finally,according to the drilling operation process of the drilling hoisting system,the extended automata model of the drilling operation process is established,and the simulation is carried out by Simulink/Stateflow.The overall design scheme proposed in this paper can provide effective guidance for the actual development of the system.The mathematical model established in this paper can simulate the actual working conditions of the drilling site,which lays the foundation for the development of the model machine.
