As the developing of the manufacturing industry, more and more requests are set to the forging machines and their accessory equipments.This paper does calculation,analysis and research about the forging manipulation.In order to improve the rapidity, the accuracy and the stability of the hydraulic system,the asymmetrical cylinders controlled by sevo-valves are applied to lifting hydraulic system of the clamp.This project conforms to the request of actual operating mode.This paper calculates the hydraulic pressure power parts' parameters according to the load optimum matching,selects the hydraulic elements'models and builds the models of the clamp's litfing hydraulic system by using the transfer functions.Then the paper does the dynamic analysis and simulation about the lifting hydraulic system and gives the related evaluation parameters.On the basis of knowing the control theory seriously,this paper apply the correction of analog pid controller and fuzzy self adaptive pid controller.This project improves system's dynamic characteristic,obtains better effects and achieves better request in engineer.Compared to analog pid controller the fuzzy self adaptive pid controller has the characteristics of flexible control,strong self adaption,high control precision and good stability.The control effects of fuzzy self adaptive pid congtroller are better than analog pid's.So the fuzzy self adaptive pid contreller optimizes the system further.
