When the fertilizer plant produces ammonia and urea,high concentration of synthetic ammonia urea wastewater produced by technology device will contain some suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen,cyanide,sulfide,COD,phenols and other pollutants,among them ammonia content is very high,which is the main pollutant,this kind of wastewater belongs to ammonia nitrogen wastewater.Currently,the main methods of treating synthetic ammonia urea wastewater are the physical methods,chemical methods and biological methods.Usually according to the factory wastewater,wastewater quality,and the required water quality to carry out wastewater treatment process selection,and the main body of the process is biochemical process part.In this paper,putting synthetic ammonia urea wastewater produced by some fertilizer plant as research target,using biological method as the main process to deal with synthetic ammonia urea production wastewater,wastewater quality and wastewater as a condition,by comparison and screening,determining the SBR technology as the main biochemical process.And,analysis the application of sludge load method,mud age method and model method in SBR process design and calculation,finally,the sludge loading method was used to calculate the SBR process.In this paper,through the design and calculation,to determine the amount of wastewater treatment is 61.6m3/h,reaction time of the reaction pools is 4.46h,degassing time,sedimentation time and decanter time are 0.5h,the amount of sludge is 121.5m3/d,the oxygen demand is 2414.34kgO2/d,and blower air supply is 3308.16m3/d,the need for the amount of SBR reaction pools is three,single pool capacity is 1076.92m3,pool long is 18m,pool wide is 10m,pool deep is 6.8m.In SBR reaction pool,selecting pipe aerator,roots blower,using pH meter,ORP and dissolved oxygen analyzer to monitor pH,oxidation-reduction potential and the dissolved oxygen content of wastewater.Using SBR method as a biochemical treatment part,the process is simple,it has advantages of good processing power and good handling effect,also has a good application prospect in dealing with the synthetic ammonia urea production wastewater...
