In recent years,with the development of science and technology,membrane technology has been widely used in industrial production and daily life.At present,the high concentration organic wastewater is more and more widely,the output is more and more big,the organic matter in the waste water is also more and more.In this paper,the selection of high concentration organic wastewater produced in the process of reverse osmosis membrane chemical plant by concentrating treatment,investigation and comparison of 6 kinds of reverse osmosis membrane and 3 kinds of reverse osmosis membrane components of the laboratory treatment effect,and studies the different ways of chemical cleaning membrane recovery,effective cleaning of the fouled membrane.The results are as follows:(1)Through the single factor experiment,the effect of pressure,concentration of water,concentration and temperature on the separation and concentration of membrane was investigated.The most influential factor is the operating pressure,and the effect of concentrated water flow rate and temperature on membrane concentration is relatively small.The membrane filtration cup experiment preliminary screening by RO-2,RO-3,RO-4 three kinds of reverse osmosis membrane,and the effect of process conditions with 2540 type membrane separation device to further investigate these three kinds of reverse osmosis membrane wastewater treatment,by comparing the experimental results,the high concentration wastewater by RO-4 reverse osmosis membrane treatment effect is the best.(2)Using 4 kinds of different cleaning solution to pollution after the reverse osmosis membrane,finally selects the first with 0.1%(W)NaOH,and then with 0.2%(W)HCl hydrochloric acid cleaning effect best,after the cleaning process is applied to the reverse osmosis membrane pollution.
