In order to satisfy the increasing requirement of oil,the development of marginal oil field is becoming more and more important.At present,there are many oil and gas structures to be proven in China,which belong to the marginal oil fields with limited reserves and complex formation.But the total resources are considerable.The most important factor restricting the development of marginal oilfield is cost.The application of simple platform technology can significantly reduce the cost of investment,so that the development of marginal oil field becomes possible.At present,there are many types of structures in simple platform,which is just play the role of isolation and circulation.But,we did not study systematically in the mechanism of action of conductor.In this paper,through the mechanical analysis of single conductor,to improve the carrying capacity,making it to be holding structure of simple platform.Thus greatly reducing the weight of the platform leg and saving production costs.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the future design of simple platform.Firstly,this paper analyzes the application of the water pipe in a simple platform,and the mechanical behavior in the most severe working conditions.According to the actual working conditions,we selected the conductor unit and established the partial differential equation of transverse direction.Then established the corresponding boundary conditions,and established the mechanical analysis model.Because of the complex structure of the partial differential equations,the numerical simulation software ANSYS is used to solve the mechanical model.Through the numerical simulation results of different working conditions,the influence factors of bearing capacity are analyzed.The variation of bearing capacity under different consolidation conditions is mainly considered,at the same time,it is proposed to use single conductor with three wells as platform bearing structure improve the ultimate bearing capacity of single conductor.Finally,through the simulation experiment,we can get the concrete influence factors,and improve the bearing capacity under different factors.The results of theoretical calculation and experiment show that the mechanical model is in good agreement with the measured results.The ultimate bearing capacity of the pipe is increased by 8.7% after grouting,which is made of single cylinder with three wells.At the same time,the ultimate bearing capacity will be greatly improved if add sway brace,and the lateral displacement will be reduced greatly.However,due to the increase of inclined support when the yield is based on the support,it is necessary to select the slender and small rods as the support will be conducive to the improvement of the overall bearing capacity.The theoretical calculation and laboratory simulation results show that the mechanical model calculation agrees well with the actual measurement results.The ultimate bearing capacity of the structure is improved by 8.7% when the grouting pipe is grouted with the surface casing.The increase of inclined support will greatly increase the ultimate bearing capacity,and the lateral displacement will be greatly reduced.However,because of the increase of inclined support,the yield is based on the support,therefore,the choice of slender slender member as a support will be conducive to the promotion of the overall bearing capacity.
