The asphaltene deposition of heavy oil in the oil industry is a very serious problem.It in every link of the process of oilfield production is easy to happen.Asphaltene deposition leads to change the wettability of the rock,reduce reservoir permeability,corrode pipeline,damage equipments,affect the efficiency of transportation,and increase the difficulty of oilfield development.Asphaltene deposition has become one of the technical problems which needs to research and solve in the oil industry.In this paper,it studies the problem of asphaltene deposition which based on the research of the asphaltene deposition mechanism,the main steps of the asphaltene deposition,the impact on the reservoir permeability and the main influencing factors of asphaltene deposition.Asphaltene deposition was studied by three kinds of different plugging removal methods,and the effect of the three methods were evaluated quantitatively.And then the parameters are optimized,such as: the selection of chemical agent,the injection proportion of chemical agent,the injection temperature of chemical agent,the injection quantity of multiple thermal fluid.Finally,the quantitative evaluation of the influence of asphaltene deposition on the oil well productivity by reservoir numerical simulation and optimize the parameters.The results show that the multiple thermal fluid method can improve the permeability recovery by 40%~50%,which can effectively plugging the asphaltene deposition.After adding the chemical agent,the recovery rate is increased by 4.92%~11.15% than the without chemical agent experiment,and the effect of plugging is obvious.The chemical agent + multiple thermal fluid plugging removal methods is better than the multiple thermal fluid method and chemical method,which can improve the production capacity by 35%.The method of chemical agent + multiple thermal fluid can form a synergistic action of heat,gas and chemistry,which can effectively solve the problem of asphaltene deposition,and provide the basic theoretical basis for oil field.
