Steam injection production is an important way for heavy oil thermal recovery.In the steam injection progess,the demand for steam dryness,steam distribution and steam measurement is more and more strict.Contrary to the high demand are the long existing promblems,such as the inaccurate measurement and uneven distribution of wet steam.At present,an effective method and method for calibration and test of high temperature and high pressure steam flowmeter in thermal recovery of heavy oil is urgently needed in our country,so as to objectively evaluate the effect of flowmeter.In this thesis,the working principle and characteristics of various multiphase flow meters are investigated and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed by searching of domestic and foreign literatures.By comparing the existing calibration methods of multiphase flowmeter,combined with the characteristics of multiphase flowmeter used in the injection of steam in Xinjiang oilfield,the method of calibrating steam flowmeter by separation method is determined.The design of steam metering comparison experiment system is completed,and the key data such as heat,pressure and stress of pipeline are calculated.Completed the selection of key equipment boiler,separator,saturated water and saturated steam flow meter,completed the ground construction of the experimental device,carried out related hydraulic pressure tests,solved the construction problems.In this thesis Fluent software is used to simulate the flow of saturated water and saturated steam.The results showed that the temperature drop of the fluid is within 0.5?.The pressure loss of the theoretical design is less than 3%,after the modified pressure drop control in less than 1%,conforms to the project design precision requirement.
