With the urbanization and industrialization process continues to accelerate in China,the cement industry is becoming increasingly importantin the national econom.However,the cement industry is highly polluting industries,and its rapid development is also accompanied by the increasing problem of environmental pollution,the emission reduction of typical emissions is imminent in the cement industry.China's"13th Five-Year Plan"proposed the establishment of near-zero emissions demonstration area,which is the first time to propose near-zero emissions concept.Firstly,the paper comprehensively analyzes the emission characteristics of typical emissions in the cement industry,including emission sources,emission standards.Then,based on the statistical data on the cement and clinker production in each province,this paper accounts for the typical emission of emissions and identifies the emissions list of China's cement industry in 2012.This paper uses ISO 14064 GHG Accounting Method to calculate CO2 emissions in 2012,which is 13857.78 million tonnes.The analysis of air pollutant emissions in the cement industry is based on the distinction between kiln,process and province.The atmospheric particulate matter,SO2 and NOx of the cement industry of China in 2012 are calculated as 134.90 million tons,67.53 million tons and119.35 million tons.Finally,this paper analyzes the measures of emission reduction from the source control and emission reducing technology,and puts forward some suggestions for the typical emission reduction of cement industry.Further,It provides reference for realizing near-zero emission.
