A new method was researched for 3D printing technology for manufacturing lightweight high-strength carbon fiber composite materials so that its special function and advantage of integral forming can make it rapider and easier.The paper also researches and breakthroughes the key technology of 3D printing for carbon fiber composite material according to the characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced composites.In this paper,the feasibility of 3D printing for carbon fiber composite material based on the principle of Fused Deposition Modeling was verified by constructing the 3D printing system.The main research contents are as follows:1)Study on the principle of 3D printing for carbon fiber composite material.The technology of 3D printing for Carbon fiber composite material was researched by3 D printing technology for manufacturing carbon fiber composite materials.The principle and forming technology of 3D printing for carbon fiber composite material was expounded in detail,and then the forming characteristics and key technology was summarized.The relationship of process parameters of 3D printing for Carbon fiber composite material was established through the design and research of the 3D printing system.2)Study on extrusion nozzle device of the 3D printing system.Through the analysis of the extrusion nozzle device,it was divided into location area,feeding area,shearing area,leading area,fusing area and forming area according to function.The structure design and driving force analysis of extrusion nozzle device was completed.The nozzle structure and its heat conduction model was established with CAD and FEA.With experiments,the optimization design of the device structure achieved the heat distribution effect under the better heat conduction conditions and it also meets the requirements of temperature heating by using the simulation analysis of the temperature field distribution of the nozzle and its temperature while reaching the thermal balance.3)Study on shearing system of the 3D printing.Pointing at requirements of pathjump processing for complex 3D modeling forming,we choses the distal shear treatment and reseaches the relationship and coordination of the forming system and shear system.The feasibility of the distal shear method of 3D printer based on FDM was verified and the printing process of the complex model can be completed with this system by simulation analysis and experiment.4)Study on 3D printing system and mechanical properties test.The overall equipment and control system was established through the design and research of the 3D printing system.The parameter setting of model processing software was introduced in detail.And then,the forming experiments and mechanical properties was tested and analysed with the equipment of independent research and development.
