| The continuous fiber reinforced resin matrix composite has excellent mechanical property,which is widely applied to fields such as aerospace,automobile industry,rail traffic and biomedicine due to features of light weight and high strength.Traditional forming technologies of continuous fiber reinforced resin matrix composite mainly include die forming,filament winding and laying forming,with problems such as complicated processing procedures,long processing cycles and high manufacturing cost,limiting the application ranges.In order to further improve the mechanical property of formed parts of continuous fiber reinforced resin matrix composite,a interlayer laying short fiber strengthening method for composite was proposed in this paper;in addition,a short fiber interlayer laying printing device was designed to realize uniform and quantitative laying of short fiber.The method integrated with theoretical analysis,device design and manufacturing,process experiment was adopted,to analyze the vibration principle and the principle for laying of short fiber with vibration,to design a device used for interlayer laying of short fiber.Besides,the influence law of printing technological parameters on mechanical property of continuous fiber reinforced resin matrix composite were explored,to verify that the interlayer laying of short fiber can improve the tensile property of the continuous fiber reinforced composite by experiments.The printing device used for short fiber interlayer laying was designed,mainly including selection of the motor system of the short fiber laying equipment,the selection of control system,and the design of the vibration system.The device can be utilized to realize printing of continuous fiber reinforced resin matrix composite and short fiber interlayer laying.By optimizing the printing technological parameters,it explored the influencing law of technological parameters such as printing temperature,layer thickness,printing speed and printing space on tensile,three point bending and interlayer shear strength of formed parts of continuous fiber reinforced composite;in addition,technological parameters were optimized.By analyzing the short fiber laying principle,the consistency and homogeneity of short fiber laying with short fiber laying equipment were researched;in addition,influencing law of screening movement speed and vibration frequency on short fiber laying amount are researched,to realize quantitative laying of short fiber.In combination of tensile performance test of formed parts of interlayer laying of continuous fiber reinforced composite,the validity of short fiber interlayer laying was verified. |
