| As the country industrializes,coal mines,steel mills and thermal power plants rely heavily on energy,especially raw coal.Most of the coal storage sites are open or semi-closed,which causes serious pollution to the environment.In response to the requirements of the environmental protection department,the coal storage site must be completely closed to mitigate the environmental hazards.For the enterprises with large demand for raw coal,the original coal storage structure cannot meet the requirements of the environmental protection department,and the original structure needs to be reconstructed and expanded.A coal mine in handan city is a typical project.Part of the coal mine has a shed structure.Due to its large demand for raw coal and irregular coal storage site,it causes great pollution to the surrounding environment.Based on the study of a shed structure in handan city,this paper studies the design of its reconstruction and extension engineering structure by using the design software of STCAD pipe truss structure.Firstly,the original pipe truss structure was analyzed and studied,including its structure form,truss strike,truss height,truss spacing,truss thickness and grid size.Secondly,in order to meet the project requirements,a reasonable reconstruction and expansion plan is put forward when the reconstruction and expansion part is considered on the basis of retaining the original structure.By using the design software of STCAD pipe truss structure,the model is modeled and analyzed.Considering the influence of the modified and extended structure on the overall stiffness of the original structure,the original structure will have bars that do not meet the requirements.The reasonable reinforcement method is selected for the reinforcement treatment,and the reasonableness of the reinforcement measures is verified through the recalculation with STCAD.Finally,Navisworks is used to simulate the construction process of the reconstruction and extension structure and optimize the construction scheme,so as to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.The methods and conclusions studied in this paper can be used for reference in the reconstruction and extension of the truss structure. |
