Study On Clothes Structure Reconstruction Based On Pattern Draping

With the development of the times and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for clothing decoration is also higher.The personalized,diversified and branded clothing consumption concept has become the mainstream consumption concept of young people.In the era when personalization has become a fashion language,analyzing the modeling structure design is a promising academic research direction for the garment system.Among them,structural reconstruction,as one of the manifestations of creative structural design,breaks the fixed unity and formulaic production of garment structure,and provides new ideas for garment design and pattern design.Through the overview of deconstruction and structuralism,the concept of garment structure reconstruction is defined.On the basis of expounding the application of three-dimensional cutting,the principle of dart transfer,relevant theories of segmentation and heterogeneous isomorphism,it is summarized that the expression methods of garment structure reconstruction mainly include folding method,winding method,interleaving method and knotting method,and its modeling characteristics are original,three-dimensional,interesting and decorative.The three-dimensional cutting experiment and template extension were carried out on11 typical body structure reconstruction styles,and the transformation from three-dimensional clothing to two-dimensional plane template was completed.These 11 styles include all parts of the body,from collar,shoulder,chest,back,waist to hip,with rich and varied reconstruction effects.From the five aspects of style analysis,vertical cutting process,template drawing,reconstruction principle and process difficulties,this paper analyzes the modeling characteristics of each style in detail,analyzes the characteristics of different characteristics and different types of clothing body reconstruction plate,summarizes the reconstruction law,and comes to the conclusion that the main methods that can be used to design clothing body reconstruction modeling are:abnormal extension of clothing pieces,dart transfer and cutting and expansion.However,in practical application,it often appears in the combination of two or three methods.It is usually divided into four forms: the use of extension method alone,the combination of dart transfer and abnormal extension of clothing piece,the combination of cutting and expansion method and abnormal extension of clothing piece,and the combination of dart transfer,cutting and expansion method and extension method.Each form has its unique application characteristics.Finally,the unconventional process of garment structure reconstruction modeling is summarized,which is mainly reflected in the simplicity of sewing sequence,the accuracy of cutting mode and the diversity of burr treatment.
