Temperature is the main factor affecting anaerobic fermentation.For cold areas in the north,coal-fired boilers are usually used to ensure the temperature of anaerobic fermentation.However,the primary energy utilization factor of coal-fired boilers is not high,and combustion causes pollution to the environment.The country is now To vigorously promote energy conservation and environmental protection,many regions have introduced policies to gradually eliminate coal-fired boilers.Therefore,based on the current basic national conditions and related policies,the paper specifically proposes a solar energy integrated auxiliary ground source heat pump system(hereinafter referred to as photovoltaic energy heat pump system)as a thermal support for anaerobic fermentation.The heat energy generated by the system itself is supplied to the anaerobic section of the sewage treatment equipment to ensure the efficient performance of the anaerobic treatment process;while the electric energy generated by itself is used to remove part of its own use,the remaining energy can be supplied to the circulation pump and fan system of the sewage treatment system.To meet its energy consumption needs,so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and low-cost operation.In the early part of the dissertation,a large number of demonstrations and comprehensive analysis were conducted to finalize the project plan.Then build a photovoltaic energy heat pump system,mainly through the design and implementation of a single photovoltaic integrated solar thermal integration module,and then select the thermal power to determine the amount of power based on the amount of heat supply,to determine the photovoltaic light thermal integration module Placement and quantity.Through the design and implementation of the ground source heat pump system,through the necessary HVAC design connection,electrical layout and other systems to achieve the system.Through the operation and testing of the system,the solar module was mainly tested for temperature rise in the air,temperature changes on the heat source side of the photovoltaic energy heat pump system,and temperature changes on the user side.Through data analysis,we know that the COP value of the photovoltaic energy heat pump system is mainly affected by the solar heating performance.This is due to the fact that the system began to operate during the winter season,and the temperature of the source water is relatively constant.It is always maintained at about 5-7°C and the average COP is 2.0.The solar energy has a certain relationship with the weather conditions of the day and the outdoor temperature.The heat source provides a temperature change of 5~20°C.Therefore,the comprehensive heat energy supply and power consumption level of the whole day,the system heat pump COP level is about 3.5.In short,the photovoltaic energy heat pump system put forward in this paper has a good heating capacity,and its integrated heat pump COP value is about 3.5,which is higher than that of ordinary coal or gas primary energy utilization efficiency.Thanks to the implementation of its new energy heating function,the reaction temperature of the anaerobic fermentation tank is well ensured,and the livestock and poultry waste harmless treatment system can be ensured to operate normally and efficiently.It is expected that the sewage treatment project in Northeast China will be large and medium-sized.The biogas project thermal support provides a technical solution and basis.
