A certain temperature is needed to maintain in the process of transportation of crude oil. Usually conventional heating method such as heating furnace is used for heating crude oil conveying system. The conventional heating mode is not only in low heating efficiency, but also waste a lot of energy. Oily sewage contains a large number of low temperature waste heat, and the temperature and number changes small all the year around. But most of it is only used to recycle or emission directly; There are a large number of available solar energy resources in oil fields in north China. That makes full use of solar energy resources when using solar energy heat pump technology to recycle part of low temperature waste heat. And the hot water provided just can meet the demand in oil field. Solar energy heat pump technology has a great potential for energy saving.The paper summarizes the status at home and abroad of solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system applied in oil field waste heat recovery. The sewage-source heat pump system and solar joint sewage-source heat pump system recovery of the basic principles are respectively introduced. The solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system to replace the conventional heating system is proposed.The system is used to heat crude oil conveying system. The process and operation mode under different cases is discussed, and the calculation and selection of main equipment is made on the system. Hot economic analysis of high temperature heat pump units is carried out. The effects of evaporating temperature, condensing temperature etc on the performance of the unit are discussed. Energy saving, economic and environmental analysis of solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system are made, and compares with conventional heating method. The quantity of energy saving of solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system is 17% higher than the sewage-source heat pump system,and the total annual cost is 5.1% lower than the latter. After all, the solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system has a batter saving energy, economic and environmental benefits. Finally, the paper simulates the solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system and solar energy heat pump system using TRNSYS software. The heat pump outlet water temperature and system COP change trend with time are get, the results show that the solar energy joint sewage-source heat pump system has high stability. |
