Straw is a common by-product of agricultural production. With the development of modern agriculture, the grain production in China has increased steadily, and the yield of straw has also increased.Corn is the main food crop in Northeast China. The corn stalks and their related problems caused by a large number of planting have become the most important problems facing sustainable development of agricultural production. The common treatments of corn stalks are incineration, deep buried field, silage, biomass, building materials, papermaking, etc.,and hemicellulose and monosaccharide can also be extracted from corn stalks.Which contains the corn straw L-in Arabia sugar is a kind of health food on the market is very popular, has very good hypoglycemic effect,is expected to be used as adjuvant therapy of diabetes health care products, has broad development prospects, and the extraction of sugar from corn stalk in Arabia L-,not only can improve the utilization of corn straw, too can enhance the added value of products. At present, there are many ways to extract L-Arabia sugar from straw.Among them, sulfuric acid or oxalic acid is commonly used for acid hydrolysis, but the extraction efficiency of different extraction methods is quite different. In addition, although L-Arabia sugar is used as a adjuvant therapy for diabetes, the mechanism of diabetes caused by different causes is not very clear. Therefore, this paper on the basis of relevant research, try to establish a set of effective extraction of corn straw in Arabia L-sugar process,on this basis, the obese and diabetic mice,to investigate the underlying mechanisms of L-Arabia hypoglycemic lipid-lowering,provide the experimental basis for the application of a set. This paper mainly includes the following parts:1,L-Arabia sugar one step method and two step method extraction technology and the effect analysis.Sulfuric acid and oxalic acid were selected as the extraction reagents, and orthogonal design was carried out through four factors and three levels,of which four factors were acid concentration, treatment temperature, treatment time and solid-liquid ratio. One step directly using sulfuric acid or oxalic acid solution directly to corn straw, and the two step rule first prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of hemicellulose was then the solution of hemicellulose with sulfuric acid or oxalic acid. Finally, chromatography and thin layer chromatography on the acid hydrolysis effect for the quantitative and qualitative analysis by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that there was no L-Arabia sugar in the hydrolysate after one-step treatment, but mainly in xylose and glucose. Most of the two step hydrolysates contained L-Arabia sugar. This shows that the two step method can be better used to extract L-Arabia sugar from corn straw.2,by feeding high fat diet and injection of STZ were established in mice model of obesity and type II diabetes model and type I diabetes model, model mice by feeding L-changes of Arabia sugar solution were detected after the blood glucose and blood lipid, glucose tolerance, insulin and liver, spleen, adipose tissue cell morphology and function to explore the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic L-Arabia sugar. The results showed that L-Arabia sugar could significantly reduce the blood lipid level of obese and type II diabetic mice, increase the level of serum insulin, and significantly reduce the blood sugar level of type I diabetic mice, and reduce the effect of blood sugar on the function of tissue and cell.Through this study,to determine the extraction process of corn straw in Arabia L-sugar,has comprehensively studied the related mechanism of Arabia L-hypoglycemic lipid-lowering effects, which will lay the foundation for the industrial scale production and future product development L-Arabia sugar.
