Coal enterprises consume a lot of energy in the process of production,and also produce recyclable resources.The 13 th five-year plan for the development of coal industry clearly proposes to improve the comprehensive utilization level of mining resources,and the utilization rate of coal gas is 67%.The utilization rate of coal gangue is about 75%,and mine water utilization rate is about 80%.This paper mainly studies the comprehensive utilization of energy in coal mine area,which is of great practical significance to realize efficient green mining.In the research of this paper,the coal mine area is used as a whole system,and the comprehensive utilization of mining resources is studied from three aspects:(1)Research on energy consumption characteristics of mining areas.Analyses the five mining area of industrial layout,the result is a building area of mining administration and life than production systems,building,and administrative and living building layout is compact,production system,building layout,according to the characteristics of mining area construction,the eQUEST software was used to construct the mining area of 19 kind of building model,simulate the all-year hourly cold heat energy consumption,analysis of data collected from field structure of all-year hourly energy consumption,bath and hot water and wellbore heat preservation all-year hourly energy consumption.Analysis of energy consumption data shows that the peak energy consumption of wellbore insulation is large,the energy consumption is varied and the energy consumption is short.The energy consumption of the building complex is long and the energy consumption is relatively stable.The thermal energy consumption in the mining area is much higher than that in the mining area.(2)Comprehensive energy allocation and utilization research of mining area.Through analyzing the exploitable resource characteristics of the mining area,the paper studies the different energy configuration forms and discusses the methods of comprehensive utilization of mining resources.In the research of the project,the energy comprehensive utilization plan of nine mining areas was optimized,and the technological process of comprehensive utilization of energy was established,and the energy consumption and energy efficiency were analyzed throughout the year.(3)Evaluation of comprehensive utilization of energy in mining areas.The comprehensive utilization of energy should consider the social environmental protection benefit and economic benefit.Through calculation analysis of mining area comprehensive utilization of energy and a quantity of energy consumption,pollutant emissions,system equipment,initial investment,operation cost,energy consumption and the environmental benefits,economic benefits and technical conditions,social four aspects of qualitative evaluation mining area energy comprehensive utilization scheme;Finally USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy mathematics method,quantitative analysis,scheme of energy comprehensive utilization technology of mining area energy systems in order: mine gas cold hot electricity system>mine water source heat pump and solar energy system of mine water source heat pump system >coal-fired boiler + water chiller.Calculated the comprehensive utilization of mine gas cold hot electricity system effect is good,mine indoors has well continue benefit,the comprehensive utilization of mine water only short-term benefits,other resource utilization has good auxiliary efficiency.
