Design Of Up-conversion Photoluminescence Strip Detector For Food Safety

As Up-conversion fluorescent strip detection technology was suitable for safety detection of foods which accorded well with Chinese national conditions,therefore this technology developed very fast in recently.In order to achieve the quantitative analysis of the up-conversion fluorescent strip,this paper developed a portable up-conversion fluorescent strip detector and verified its performance through actual measurement.Main contents of this work are as follows:Technologies and measurement principles of up-conversion fluorescent strip were introduced in the first place.Two critical components in hardware system of detector that contains optical scanning system and electrical system were described then,and the scanning system is the innovation and focus of this research,which could convert the fluorescence signal to electric signal via reasonable design of optical structure.Software design of detector was described subsequently,and the data processing algorithm of it was another innovation in this paper,which meant signals could be optimized via series of methods.Test result of this apparatus showed great precision,and the standard deviation of sample batch was less than 0.004.The linear response characteristic was also excellent,and the coefficient of determination of concentration standard curve reached 0.9963.Accuracy of this machine was great and the relative measurement error was less than 10%.This detector possessed a low power consumption and high performance with an exquisite structure,which could satisfy the requirements of quantitative analysis through up-conversion fluorescent strip,and would provide an insurance for the development of fluorescence detection technology.We could firmly believe that up-conversion fluorescent strip will be an important detection technology not only in the field of food safety,but also in the environment,biology,medicine and other fields,which would have good social and economic benefits.
