| Particles are closely related to industry and life.Particle measurement plays an important role in various fields.Light scatter particle size measurement is one of the widely used methods.The measurement is simple,fast,and can achieve non-contact measurement.It can applied in solid,liquid and gas particle measurement in environment,energy,materials,fire and other areas.The light scattering method is limited by the structure of optical path,the characteristics of the light source,the number of detectors,the conditions of the field application and the weak scattered signal of the small particles.It is difficult to inverse measurement results because the information is not enough.Based on the light scatter theory,the continuous spectral scattering method was used to study the particle size measurement,and some experiment was carried out.The main work is as follows:1.The effects of particle and particle measurement were discussed,and the commonly used measurement methods and the characteristics of it were analyzed.Then based on the Mie scattering theory,the particle measurement methods of light scattering,and the advantages and disadvantages of single-wave length particle measurement was explained a continuous-wavelength spectral scattering method is proposed.By analyzing the distribution of scattered light energy,it proved to be feasible.2.With the continuous spectral scattering method,two structural types were designed.One structure adopts the continuous wavelength of the same time and the spectrometer spectrum measurement;the other adopts different wavelengths of different time and single photoelectric detection device,and it simplifies the continuous spectrum of the light source and the structure of detector.Analyzing the two kinds of structures,the space continuous spectrum particle experiment system was built,and the development scheme of multi-wavelength structure was determined.3.According to the multi-wavelength structure of the particle measurement,the measurement system and hardware circuit were designed,and the lower computer program was written to achieve the communication between the upper and lower machine.4.The experiments of two kinds of structural systems were carried out,and the spectrum of the continuous spectrum system was obtained.The signal acquisition experiment on the multi-wavelength structure was carried out,and the results were compared and analyzed.5.A light intensity control device based on time-continuous spectrum of polarized crystal was developed and experimented. |
