Due to the excellent antibacterial properties and non-resistance properties without affecting the appearance of fabrics,Nanosilver antibacterial fabrics are widely used in textile and clothing,medical and other fields.Once the nanosilver particles penetrate into the surface layer of the skin,then enter the subcutaneous tissue,which will bring a serious potential harm.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an effective and feasible detection method for nanosilver in textiles.In this paper,cotton,polyester cotton and leather were used as research objects.Nanosilver antibacterial fabrics were prepared by padding method and self-reduction method respectively.The total amount of silver and the extractable silver content in antibacterial fabrics were detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP).The results show that the silver ions of the silver nitrate finishing solution can be reduced on the surface of the cotton fabric by reducing and absorbing function of the cellulose fiber itself.The influencing factors of the finishing process are preliminary discussed,and the concentration of the silver nitrate finishing solution is found to be 1.5mmol/L,the finishing temperature is 85 ° C,the time is 1 h,and the bath ratio is 1:50.The nanosilver particles on the surface of the prepared antibacterial cotton fabric are uniformly distributed with particle size of 10 to 140 nm,and silver nanoparticles have high fastness on fabrics.The nanosilver textiles prepared by dip-rolling method were studied.Deionized water was selected as extractant,and isothermal oscillation was used to extract for 1 h at 37℃.The extractable silver content ranged from 12.01% to 43.01%,and nanosilver particles with a uniform size of 40-70 nm were observed in the water extract by TEM.The results show that nanosilver fabrics treated by immersion-rolling method can be extracted by water and may be transferred to human body,which has potential hazards to human health.The nanosilver textile prepared by padding method was selected as the research object.Deionized water was selected as the extracting agent,the constant temperature water bath succussion was adopted and the silver content was extracted by succussing at 37 °C for 1 h.The extractable silver content was 12.01%~43.01%.It was observed by TEM that the nanosilver particles with size of 40 nm to 70 nm distributed relatively uniform in water extract fluid.
