In this paper,the process of graphene/MoS2/TiO2 composite was explored experimentally,and we made the photocatalytic board by impregnated-pulling method for degradation of ancetone gas.Firstly,the MoS2/TiO2 composite prepared by hydrothermal method constrasted with one prepared by mechanical-mixing method in terms of deradation properties.Secondly,on the basic of the MoS2/TiO2 composite,a ternary system composite of graphene/MoS2/TiO2 was put forword and prepared.At last,we made the photocatalytic board using graphene/MoS2/TiO2 composite as photocatalyst respectively in order to apply for degradating acetone.During the experiment,methylene blue was used as a treatment to examine the photocatalytic activity of the material.At the same time,SEM,TEM,XRD,Raman and DRS were used to analyze the characteristic of photocatalyst.In the investigation of photocatalyst,MoS2/TiO2 composite having the best photocatalytic activity was prepared by hydrothermal reaction at 180?for 24 h.And the MoS2/TiO2 composite containing 50.0%wt.molybdenum disulfide had better photocatalytic performance than others.The MoS2/TiO 2 composite prepared by hydrothermal method degradated mthylene blue more effectively than one prepared by mechanical-mixing method,and its rate constent doubled the constent of TiO2.In the graphene ratio of no more than 10.0%,the 1.0%wt.graphene could enhance the MoS2/TiO2 the composite most effectively,but the graphene/TiO2 composite need 10.0%wt.of graphene and had lower efficiency of photocatalytic degradation.In the exploration of the technology which degradated acetone ultiling photocatalysis,the photocatalytic performace of graphene/MoS2/TiO2 composite coated two layers on the honeycomb aluminum plate was the best.The photocatalytic device achieved a removal efficiency of 30.2%for acetone when spacing was 150 mm between lamp and board.When the gap between lamp and board was 150 mm with a layout of"lamp+board+lamp+board+lamp"and the volume of the air togerther with concentration of the exaust gas were controlled to be small,which meant the maximum rate of degradartion.
