A Deep Hydration Simulation Experiment Device For Evaluating Comprehensive Shallow Drilling Safety

With the rapid development of offshore oil and gas,it is strict in all aspects of offshore oil drilling and completion of the construction process.Therefore,it is particularly important to simulate deep-water shallow geological hazard and provide high pressure experimental environment for the test tool under laboratory conditions.It becomes impossible due to the high cost and risk of underwater experiment.Above all,we must design a comprehensive safety assessment of deep water drilling shallow simulation equipment which not only simulate deep water shallow gas,shallow flow and gas hydrate but also provides a high pressure for the environment.First we define high pressure,temperature range,the effective space inside the cavity and the inlet diameter and other parameters of the indicators,then analyze the stress distribution along the cavity wall thickness of under the internal pressure and temperature action.Lastly,we design and select the pressurization systems,temperature control systems,data acquisition and control systems,and other ancillary systems including rotatable supports and boom according to the experiment.Analyzing the force characteristics of simulation experiment device through simulation software,we determined the stress concentration of simulation device and get security and reliability result under the most dangerous conditions.The theoretical life of the cavity under alternating stress is analyzed combined with S-N curve theory and checked by numerical simulation.And then according to the characteristics of the device gives the corresponding measures to prevent fatigue damage.
