The Research Of Oil Production Engineering Project Post Evaluation And Solfware Development

Considering the shortage of the traditional oil production engineering project post evaluation method,this paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the data development analysis,and establishes reasonable mathematical models.Meanwhile,the paper establishes the index system,and then realizes the oil production engineering project design and post evaluation platform.This paper establishes the membership function,and selects the input indexes and output indexes.The platform can combine the design function and the post evaluation function.Also it should have several functions including data sharing and interactive,cooperation analysis,technical evaluation and the economic evaluation.The platform uses the data from Daqing Oilfield,reasonably judges the veracity of the design result,and then evaluates the implement effect of the project.The paper uses the benchmarking to verify the platform,and it proved that the platform can be perfectly used.Also it uses the projection analysis to make sure the improve goals and directions,which can help the staffs to realize the work directions next.
