Post Evaluation Research On Denitrification Renovation Project Of Xibaipo Power Generation Co. Ltd.

In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental standards, coal-fired power plants of our country gradually begin to construct technical transformation project of flue gas denitrification.Flue gas denitration technological transformation project of coal-fired power plant has some characteristics,such as large investment,long construction period, large resource consumption, after putting into operation,operating cost which is difficult to quantify, obvious fluctuation, poor accuracy and so on,and that results difficulties in the process of analysing denitration project financial benefits.For coal-fired power plants,technological transformation project of flue gas denitration will not only be able to carry out direct economic benefits, but also will increase the operating costs of power plants.therefore, it is more urgent for us to conduct post project evaluation of flue gas denitration project,which can quantitatively measure the economic benefits of the project,and analyse social benefits that come with the project implementation at the same time.One one hand,post project evaluation can test the accuracy of the feasibility study report, on the other hand it can provide reference to the upcoming construction of denitrification technical projects of coal-fired power plants.According to the relevant principles of the post evaluation project and characteristics of flue gas denitration project of coal-fired power plants, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation indexs on flue gas denitration project of coal-fired power plants.On this basis, this paper establishes the evaluation model of flue gas denitration technological transformation project of coal-fired power plants by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the model can ensure the scientific and objectivity of post project evaluation of flue gas denitration project.Then, combining the actual situation of flue gas denitrification technical transformation projects of the Xibaipo Power Generation, this paper make a reasonable choice of indicators and validates the model.Finally, this paper summarizes the research of post evaluation on flue gas denitration project of the Western Electric Company,and put forward reasonable suggestions.
