Study On The Standard Technology Of Recovering Water In SN Oilfield

Due to the development of oil fields,the change of water quantity and water quality about sewage is large,and the adaptability to process design and pertinence of water treatment chemicals which are selected in the beginning are worse.The results are that many indicators are substandard,such as oil,suspended matter and bacteria in the treatment of water,and it is difficult to meet the needs of oil-field flooding.In order to solve the problem that the water quality of SN oilfield is not standard,the water quality status of produced water and process status are analyzed,and a new and suitable type of water treatment chemicals for SN oilfield screening are selected and evaluated based on the existing"ion swirl reaction technology".In addition,this paper has carried on the research of electrolytic salt sterilization experiment,and has optimized the whole process.These ways are laying the foundation for realizing the comprehensive treatment of sewage treatment.The results are as follows:?1?The mineralization degree of SN water in SN oilfield is between 560-6100mg/L,the content of Mg²⁺is low,the content of Ca² and HCO₃^-is medium,and the main component of water treatment system is calcium carbonate.The capacity of receiving tank,reaction tank,inclined plate settling tank and filter processing is insufficient,pharmaceutical management and dosing facilities can not achieve on-demand dosing,the settling time of sludge concentration facilities are insufficient,and the reliability of built-in instrument is reduced.?2?the choice of new water treatment Pharmacy dosing program is as follow:auxiliaries?KL-5?100mg/L,water purifying agent?KW-03?100mg/L,coagulant aids?KW-01?2mg/L,corrosion inhibitor?KL-0308?80mg/L,Scale inhibitor?KL-502?30 mg/L.After purification,the sewage suspended solids and oil are less than 10mg/L,scale inhibition rate is more than 90%,calcium loss rate is below 1%.The test program of electrolytic salt sterilization and sludge dewatering is that the effective chlorine dosage of sterilization device is 50mg/L.?3?There is a optimization about processing technology of wastewater treatment system in SN.
