While the oil extraction turns into the last period of high water containing in oilfield,, The overall recovery of the water has been rapid increase. The treatment of oil field wastewater has become the focus of the oil field.In this paper, through the beaker experiment to HN-XN-L-02 flocculant in 30mg/L to 70mg/L screening, determine HN-XN-L-02 flocculant with the best amount is 60mg/L. The vanishing dilution method to HN-S-SI-02 bactericidal agent dosage on the 40mg/L to the 80mg/L screening to determine the optimum dosage of 70mg/L. The iron ion stabilizer was selected by using the fast test tube of iron ion in 55mg/L to 35mg/L, To determine the best dosage is 50mg/L. The inhibition of HN-Z-F-04 corrosion and scale inhibitor was screened by the method of weight loss and calcium ion concentration, Determine the optimum dosage of 60mg/L-65mg/L. To evaluate the effect of different pH, and temperature, the optimal dosing regimen. This paper provides a basis for the application of these chemicals in the field. On the basis of laboratory experiment, the experiment data were compared with the three days before and after the adjustment of the dosage and temperature. The good results were obtained, which verified the feasibility of the dosage and temperature optimization.
