| At the stage of gas injection and brine discharge,because of the crystallization of saturated bittern inside the brine displacement pipe,it makes the inner wall of the pipe crystallize,the traffic of the brine discharge decrease,the cost and the time of gas injection and brine discharge increase,when it comes out with the most difficult situation,it can completely block the brine displacement pipe and make it workless,the only solution is to take the workover operations.From the research of the reason why the brine crystallize,the research finds out that saturation of Sodium Chloride Solution,temperature,flow velocity,surface roughness of the inner wall of brine displacement pipe are the main reasons why brine crystallize on the inner wall of brine displacement pipe.There is a research that made to find the rule of temperature,flow velocity,surface roughness of the inner wall of brine displacement pipe effect the brine crystallization :(1)Brine salt crystallization affected by temperature,brine in the drainage pipe in the low speed flow and temperature falls,the inner wall of brine displacement pipe will crystalize.(2)When the flow of the brine become less,the smaller the fluid shear stress,the formation of the salt crystal structure is not easy to be destroyed,and the phenomenon of crystallization will be more obvious.(3)In the same conditions,the smoother the inner wall of brine displacement pipe,the lesser the salt that it will produce.According to the research,we find out that the best solution will be using water with high temperature to wash,increase the temperature of gas injection and daub paint at the inner wall of brine displacement pipe to deal with that problem.The research results can provide an effective reference and suggestion for the design of field construction scheme of brine injection and brine discharging in salt cavern gas storage.It has the vital significance in the prevention and treatment the crystal blocking of pipeline. |
